2003 SCHOLARSHIP WINNERS

Seton Hall Prep Scholarship – Tray Mitchell
Tray is a strong student who participates in a variety of school and community activities. Currently a senior, he is a member of the Knights of Setonia, and an active member of the Psychology and Pan African Clubs. Tray was also accepted into the Griffin Bridges Program, a highly selective program based on high academic merit, character/leadership qualities and community service participation. Tray hopes to become a history teacher after attending college.

Caddie Scholarship Program – Ronald J. Pellegrino, Jr.
A caddy at the Spring Brook Country Club for five years, Ron graduated from the Delbarton School with highest academic honors. He currently attends Middlebury College where he participated in varsity baseball and is a member of the college activities board and a school host. He currently maintains a GPA of 3.66 and has earned academic honors at Middlebury for the past five semesters. Ron hopes to attend law school.

National Football Foundation College Hall of Fame Scholarship - Kyle Petermann
A graduate of Mendham High School, Kyle also found time to volunteer in his church. He has been an active member in his youth group and has participated in the Appalachian Service Project, traveling to West Virginia to help build additions and repair homes for less fortunate people. Kyle was a high school honor roll student who participated in winter and spring track and varsity football. This September, Kyle entered his freshman year in the School of Architecture at the New Jersey Institute of Technology.

The Harding School Award - Erica Cullum
Erica maintained high honors throughout middle school while holding leadership positions, volunteering for local community projects and playing sports. Elected to the student council for three years, Erica was selected into the Peer Leadership Program where she volunteered her time mentoring younger students. She was awarded the C.A.R.E.S. Award for character and the Harding “H” award for excellence in academics, character, school service and sports. A three season athlete, she was captain of the Field Hockey team at The Harding School. Erica is currently a freshman at the Kent Place School.
